Includes: - DockerMiddleware wrapping docker.DockerClient - XmlRpcMiddleware wrapping xmlrpc.client.ServerProxy - Dockerfile with Xvfb + ImageMagick + VNC for headless QT - 29 new unit tests (71 total)
