Add an option to the setup assistant to skip configuring the path to
Blender. It will just use the `default` option, which causes the Workers
to try and find Blender on their own.

Add a button to the tags table to delete worker tags. Each tag now has
its own 'delete' button.
This replaces the single 'delete' button above the table, where a tag
would first have to be selected and then that 'delete' button pressed.

Try to get the `.editorconfig` and `.prettierrc` files as close as possible
to the formatting that was used in Flamenco. Because these files weren't
here during most of Flamenco's development so far, having them caused quite
a few changes in the webapp files.
No functional changes intended.
Make the Tags view/tab respond to changes in worker tags. This way the
'Refresh' button is no longer necessary, as the information is always
up to date.
Add a web interface for CRUD operations of worker tags.
A 'Tags' tab is added to the web interface, with a list of available
worker tags. New ones can be created, existing tags removed, and the
name & description of tags can be edited.

Brave (and maybe other browseres) refuse to set the 'User-Agent' header
in XMLHTTPRequests, and are vocal about this in the debug log. Since the
OpenAPI code generator always outputs a custom 'User-Agent' header, I've
added some JS code to strip that off when constructing an API client.
Fetching a non-existent job can happen due to the asynchronous nature
of the webapp, when a job was just deleted. It now no longer complains
about this in the JS debug console.
- Add a little confirmation overlay before deleting a job. This overlay
also shows information about whether the Shaman checkout directory
will be deleted or not.
- Send job updates to the web frontend when jobs are marked for
deletion, and when they are actually deleted.
- Respond to those updates, and handle some corner cases where job info
is missing (because it just got deleted).
This closes T99401.
Remove the assumption that a SocketIO job update without "previous state"
set is always an indication that it's about a new job. Soon job priority
will be changeable, and then this assumption will no longer hold.
If there are no jobs in the database yet, show a "get the addon" call to
action. This includes the current API URL, which can be copied by clicking
on it.
There is no feedback yet that the copy took place, though.
Remove a whole lot of `console.log()` calls. They were useful during
development, but not really suitable for production environments. Because
they also include (potentially large) objects, they can even slow down
the webapp itself.
Blender Finder now understands that directory paths should be suffixed
with `blender` (Linux, macOS) or `blender.exe` (Windows).
Giving the Setup Assistant a path like `C:\Program files\Blender
Foundation\Blender 3.2` will now just work. This is considerably simpler
for many users, as copy-pasting a directory from a file explorer is
simpler than obtaining/typing the path to the executable.
This commit does not introduce functional changes, besides renaming
every mention of 'wizard' with 'setup assistant'. In order to run the
manager setup assistant use:
./flamenco-manager -setup-assistant
The change was introduced to favor more neutral and descriptive working
for this functionality. Thanks to Sybren for helping to get this done!
* Try to be more descriptive by mentioning "executable", not just Path.
* Rename field placeholder "Blender Path" to "Path to Blender executable".
* Try to shorten certain lines while maintaining clarity.
* Use colons when appropriate.
