6de5c9e7fa Web: add worker removal 
Add "remove worker" button to the worker details panel. It will
show a little warning when the worker is still running, and also has an
explanation of what removing a worker actually means.

f3693b88f4 Web: show feedback when clicking the backend URL to copy it 
The URL now briefly flashes in the primary color, to show that the click
was acted upon.

72b994db7d Web: show a "get the addon" call to action if there are no jobs 
If there are no jobs in the database yet, show a "get the addon" call to
action. This includes the current API URL, which can be copied by clicking
on it.

There is no feedback yet that the copy took place, though.

* Use full-width form
  Fitting an input inside a <dl> makes it jump around
* Add button to toggle schedule on/off
* Add button to cancel editing the schedule
* Use time type inputs for Start/End Time fields
* Add help text to "Days of Week" to explain it's only the first 2 letters

aec5ee49e0 First-Time Wizard: allow selecting Blender executables 
The wizard now finds Blender in various ways, and lets the user select
which one to use.

Doesn't save anything yet, though.

aa9837b5f0 First incarnation of the first-time wizard 
This adds a `-wizard` CLI option to the Manager, which opens a webbrowser
and shows the First-Time Wizard to aid in configuration of Flamenco.

This is work in progress. The wizard is just one page, and doesn't save
anything yet to the configuration.

29311417df UI: Prevent scrollbars showing up unnecessarily on some browsers 
Use overlay overflow for compatible browsers (e.g. Chromium),
fallback to auto for non-compatible browsers (e.g. Firefox).

There should be no visible changes for Firefox users (tested on 101.0.1).

d072e2c146 UI: Style transition arrow tweaks 
* Replace font-size with transform and inline-block display, this way the arrow
scales without making the line taller (which leads to misalignments or jumpy
UI when switching between transitional statuses.

* Do not use accent color, it gets lost with the surrounding colors in status names.
  If we need to make this transition more prominent, we can use a subtle animation.

beb8684a38 Web: fix styling of last-rendered image in job details

global `base.css`. This made things work again.
