Longer names could get rewrapped, but there is not enough vertical space
for this. Now rewrapping is prevented. Of course a very long name can still
cause layout issues, but at least now slightly-long names work fine.
Add a new "Settings" view, to edit the Flamenco Manager configuration
via the web interface. Saving the form will write directly to
`flamenco-manager.yaml`. Depending on how they are used internally by
Flamenco Manager, some settings take effect immediately; most require
a restart of the Manager process, though.

By using the flexbox layout model better, I could remove the `<div
class="align-right">` elements. And by adding a more visual border and
shadow, the popover looks good without having its height set explicitly.
This in turn makes it look good also when it's wrapping due to a small
screen size.
Instead of setting `margin-left` on all but the first button, use the
`gap` property to set the inter-button gap. This works properly when
buttons rewrap.
Issue likely began after 7b31eba8d7614e82cfcc4583e1dd3c2f40f87944 as
it was an issue with header not being properly positioned.
Just needed to add `header-L` and `header-R` to `grid-template-areas`
and adjust the rest accordingly, and fix a class name typo.

Split the header into two or three parts, depending on the number of
columns shown. The farm status indicator will be above the middle column
(in 3 col mode) or at the right edge of the left column (in 2 col mode).
Also I reverted the hiding of the farm status when SocketIO has
disconnected, as that disconnect happens when navigation between tabs.
That created a too 'blinky' interface, so now it just shows the last-known
farm status.
Show jobs that have been marked for deletion with a red strike-through
line in the jobs table, and show the deletion-request timestamp in the
job details.
Add "remove worker" button to the worker details panel. It will
show a little warning when the worker is still running, and also has an
explanation of what removing a worker actually means.
If there are no jobs in the database yet, show a "get the addon" call to
action. This includes the current API URL, which can be copied by clicking
on it.
There is no feedback yet that the copy took place, though.
* Use full-width form
Fitting an input inside a <dl> makes it jump around
* Add button to toggle schedule on/off
* Add button to cancel editing the schedule
* Use time type inputs for Start/End Time fields
* Add help text to "Days of Week" to explain it's only the first 2 letters
This adds a `-wizard` CLI option to the Manager, which opens a webbrowser
and shows the First-Time Wizard to aid in configuration of Flamenco.
This is work in progress. The wizard is just one page, and doesn't save
anything yet to the configuration.
Use overlay overflow for compatible browsers (e.g. Chromium),
fallback to auto for non-compatible browsers (e.g. Firefox).
There should be no visible changes for Firefox users (tested on 101.0.1).
* Replace font-size with transform and inline-block display, this way the arrow
scales without making the line taller (which leads to misalignments or jumpy
UI when switching between transitional statuses.
* Do not use accent color, it gets lost with the surrounding colors in status names.
If we need to make this transition more prominent, we can use a subtle animation.
