Fix#104183: Error submitting job to flamenco manager.
The bug happened when a user, using filesystem as storage solution,
would try to submit the job to the flamenco manager. The user would be shown
an Error -> Error packing with BAT: 'Packer' object has no attribute 'actual_checkout_path'.
The fix was to account for multiple implementations of the Packer object.

If Shaman is used to submit the job files, store the job's checkout ID
(i.e. the path relative to the checkout root) in the database. This will
make it possible in the future to remove the Shaman checkout along with
the job itself.
Fix a BAT error that arises when submitting a job from a Windows
workstation to a Shaman flamenco system. BAT expects an absolute path,
but on Windows systems, absolute paths begin with a drive letter.
This patch adds an arbitrary drive letter, and later removes it once the
relative paths have been computed.

Adjust the loading of BAT from a wheel file in such a way that all
submodules are loaded in one go. This ensures that they're still
isolated from the rest of Blender (so other add-ons won't find our BAT),
but not from each other (so that there is only one copy of each
submodule).
In practice, this solves an issue where calling
`blender_asset_tracer.blendfile.set_strict_pointer_mode(False)` had no
effect. This was caused by each loaded submodule having a different copy
of `blendfile`.
Also loaded modules are logged more explicitly (at INFO level) to aid in
debugging later on.
Due to issues with library overrides and unsynced pointers, it's quite
common for the Blender Animation Studio to get "address unknown" errors
from BAT. To avoid these, Strict Pointer Mode is disabled.
- Addon switches between filesystem-packing and Shaman-packing
automatically, depending on whether the Manager has Shaman enabled.
- Actually using BAT for Shaman packing.
It doesn't work though, some error occurs when receiving Shaman response
from the Manager in the Addon.
