Add steps on how to upgrade to the download page. This is aimed at
upgrading beta1 to beta2, and thus suggests nuking the install and
starting afresh.

2dccfd195a Website: document how to get make 
This is now only written for Debian/Ubuntu and Windows, and not for other
Linux flavours or macOS. Also the Windows documentation is very minimal,
but at least contains the info I always tend to forget.

22aa041ec1 Allow relative render output root paths 
Add a new `abspath(path)` function to the add-on, for use in job type
settings. With this, the "simple blender render" job can support relative
paths for the "render output root" setting, and still have an absolute
final "render output path".

6de5c9e7fa Web: add worker removal 
Add "remove worker" button to the worker details panel. It will
show a little warning when the worker is still running, and also has an
explanation of what removing a worker actually means.

72b994db7d Web: show a "get the addon" call to action if there are no jobs 
If there are no jobs in the database yet, show a "get the addon" call to
action. This includes the current API URL, which can be copied by clicking
on it.

There is no feedback yet that the copy took place, though.

The "select a task" text only makes sense when there is a task to be
selected, so if there is no selected job, don't even show that.
