Add a new "Settings" view, to edit the Flamenco Manager configuration via the web interface. Saving the form will write directly to `flamenco-manager.yaml`. Depending on how they are used internally by Flamenco Manager, some settings take effect immediately; most require a restart of the Manager process, though.
