+Release is cut. Three artifacts available:
+
+**Git tag:**

+**Docker images** (Gitea container registry):

+Both images are built from the same commit. Smoke test passed (TLE parse + norad_id extraction verified).
+
+**Upgrade path** (same as v0.16.0):

+ALTER EXTENSION pg_orrery UPDATE;  -- 0.16.0 -> 0.17.0
+```
+
+All 12 new functions are immediately available after the ALTER. No restart needed.
